[Spot Color Table Management] Screen
Overview
Display a list of spot color tables registered in Image Controller to manage them.
You can check or change the registered contents of a spot color table, and export data.
Tips
- The Image Controller is required to use this function. For details, refer to What Is Color Centro?.

Setting items | Tree view | Displays the spot color table storage location in the tree view. | ||
Spot color table list | Displays a list of saved spot color tables depending on what is selected in the tree view. | |||
[Priority] | Sets the priority order of the spot color tables applied to the spot color specified from the application. The priority order is changed in the [Prefix] group. | |||
[+] | Increases the priority of the selected spot color table by 1. | |||
[,] | Decreases the priority of the selected spot color table by 1. | |||
[Factory Default] | Resets the [Priority] of the spot color table to the default. | |||
[Copy] | This function is available when [Controller] is selected in the tree view. Copies the selected spot color table to Image Controller. For details, refer to [Copy]. | |||
[Delete] | Deletes the selected spot color table. Clicking this button displays a dialog box. Then, click [Yes]; you can delete the target. | |||
[Reload] | This function is available when [Controller] is selected in the tree view. Updates the spot color table list. | |||
[Change Table Information] | Changes information of the spot color table selected in the list. For details, refer to [Change Table Information]. | |||
[Export] | This function is available when [Controller] is selected in the tree view. Exports the selected spot color table data. Clicking this button displays the save screen. Select the destination in which to save data, enter the file name, and save data. | |||
[Register] | This function is available when [Local], [My Documents], or [Network] is selected in the tree view. Registers the selected spot color table file as a spot color table in Image Controller. For details, refer to [Register]. | |||
[Open] | Imports the selected spot color table to the spot color screen. | |||
[Cancel] | Closes the screen without saving the setting. | |||
[Help] | Accesses the page to download the user's guide. For details, refer to [Help...]. | |||

Procedure
Import the target spot color table.

Click [Table] on the [Spot Color] screen.
The [Spot Color Table Management] screen is displayed.

Select the spot color table to import.
You can select the spot color table storage location in the tree view.

Click [Open].

The spot color table is imported to the [Spot Color] screen, and the spot colors are displayed.
