[Calibration] Order

This section describes how to carry out calibration using a colorimeter in Color Centro. The required time period is approximately 10 minutes.

Step 1
Set [Use Color Density Control] to [OFF]. For details, refer to [Use Color Density Control].
If [Periodical Adj. Execution] is set to [ON] on this system, calibration data is automatically created, so it is not possible to carry out calibration using the colorimeter in Color Centro.
Step 2
Confirm the calibration status. For details, refer to [Check the Status].
Step 3
Set a colorimeter used for calibration. For details, refer to [Instrument].
Step 4
Set the paper type and screen. For details, refer to [Settings].
Step 5
Carry out calibration. For details, refer to [Start Calibration].
Step 6
Measure the calibration accuracy. For details, refer to [Accuracy Measurement].
Step 7
Carry out advanced calibration (Exact Color or G7 Calibration) as needed. For details, refer to [Exact Color] or [G7 Calibration].
Step 8
Reset calibration data as needed. For details, refer to [Initialize ...].
