What Is [Calibration]?

Calibration is an especially important color tone adjustment task that is part of color management. Carrying out calibration, this system correctly outputs colors that are input in another device.

The following 2 types of calibrations are available.
Color Centro controller calibration provides the following functions.
  • Printing measurement charts
  • Measuring charts using the colorimeter
  • Creating calibration data
  • Registering calibration data in the Image Controller
  • Creating calibration data of each paper type for each screen type

Register the appropriate calibration to suit the status or environment of this system.

Tips

The latest calibration data registered in the Image Controller is applied to print the following print jobs.

  • Normal print jobs
  • Print job saved in the HDD of Image Controller
  • Print job saved on the HDD of this system
