Sending to an Unregistered Email Address

Procedure

Perform Step 1 through Step 7 from Sending to a Registered Email Address.

Press [Input Address].

You can select addresses by pressing the register name from the address list. For details about selecting a registered destination, refer to Sending to a Registered Email Address.

Press [Address].

Enter the address and press [OK].

For details about entering text, refer to Entering Text.

The address can be specified using up to 256 single-byte characters.

Press [Scan Settings].

The [Scan Settings] screen is displayed.

Press [Register] to register the address you entered. Configure [Register Name] and [Reference Name] when registering.

You can register up to 450 email addresses. For details about registering a address, refer to [Scan Address Register].

Perform the steps on Sending to a Registered Email Address from Step 10.
