Items to Be Set When Sending
When sending, set the following items.
Setting Items | Description |

[Address] | Enter the recipient's email address. Enter the address manually or select a registered address. Multiple addresses can be selected. |
[Register Name] | Register the names that appear in the list of addresses. When you register, the name appears in the list of addresses. |
[Reference Name] | Register the text for searching for an address. When you register, you can use it to find addresses. |
[Title Setting] | Set the title of the email. Enter the title manually or select a registered subject. |
[Text Setting] | Set the text of the email to be sent. Enter the main text manually or select the registered main text. |
[From Address Setting] | Enter the sender's email address. Enter the address manually or select a registered address. |
Tips
- To send to the email address, first set the administrator's administrator name and email address. For details, refer to [Admin. Name Setting] and [E-mail Address Setting].
- If there is a problem in the network or in the SMTP server, the recipient may not receive the email. Be sure to check transmission when sending important email. Contact your administrator for more information.
