Destination Search Function

When there are a lot of registered destinations, the search function can filter the destinations.

You can select [Normal Search] or [LDAP Search] when searching for email addresses with an LDAP server configured.

If you don't have an LDAP server available, or when you are searching for a destination other than an email, the [Search] screen is displayed for searching for destinations within the system itself.

Filter by category

All of the functions in this user's guide are classified according to the category.
By selecting the check box for the desired category, you can narrow the search range.
Multiple choices are possible.

Filter by location

You can search according to the operation location or application.
Multiple choices are possible.

Filter by option

You can search according to the available functions or specifications of the installed options.
Select the check box for the desired option from the list of installed options.
Multiple choices are possible.

Filter by title

You can narrow the search range from the menu for this user's guide.
However, you cannot search using only the "Filter by title" option. When using this option, also select another search filter item.
