What Is the Hot Folder in This System?

Using the hot folder in this system allows you to print PDF files and TIFF files directly without starting an application or installing AccurioPro Hot Folder.

Print settings can be registered in advance, so you can save the trouble of print settings.

The direct print function of the hot folder in this system has the following merits.
  • If you create a hot folder, you can print it by simply copying (drag and drop) the file.
  • The administrator can centrally manage the print settings, so operators other than the administrator can save the trouble of setting the print settings.
Tips
  • You can back up or restore the user setting information for hot folders. For details, refer to [Hot Folder Backup].
