Procedure (Locking a Folder)

Select a folder or box to lock.

Click [Lock] in [Job Management].
The selected folder is locked.
This item can also be selected from the right-click menu.
Procedure (Unlocking a Folder)

Select a folder or box to unlock.

Click [Unlock...] in [Job Management].
The setting screen is displayed.
This item can also be selected from the right-click menu.
This item can also be selected by clicking "

Enter [Password].

Click [OK].
If the entered password matches the registered password, the lock is released.
