Procedure

Select a job from the [HDD] job list.
If the folder is locked, click "
"; the Unlock screen is displayed. To unlock, enter the password, and click [OK].
Multiple jobs can be selected simultaneously.

Click [Recall] in [Job Management].
The job is duplicated to the [Hold] job list.
Tips
Jobs selected from the [HDD] job list can also be duplicated by the following operations.
- Select [Recall] from the right-click menu.
- Click "
" of Job Information.
