Rename a box in the [HDD] job list.

  • The secure job box cannot be renamed.

Procedure

Select the box to rename.

If the box is locked, click ""; the Unlock screen is displayed. To unlock, enter the password, and click [OK].

Click [Rename Box...] in [Job Management].

The setting screen is displayed.

This item can also be selected from the right-click menu.

Enter a new box name.

Up to 20 single-byte characters (10 double-byte characters) can be entered.

Click [OK].
