[History] List
Overview
This function displays the job history. This list also displays jobs that were not printed due to cancellation or error.
The displayed items vary depending on the job type.

[RIP Start] or [RIP End] is not displayed to print hold jobs, hold jobs (without RIP), secure jobs, or HDD jobs from Job Management.
Tips
- The job history can be saved as a CSV file (can only be performed by the administrator). For details, refer to [Download Job History...].
- Each item can be shown or hidden. Right-click the header, select the displayed item, and put a check mark in the check box.

The following items are displayed by default. [File Name] cannot be placed into the hide state.

[No.] ([Job Number]) | Displays the assigned job number. | ||
[Job Type] | Displays the job type. The print job is displayed as [Print]. The copy job or scan job is displayed as [Copy]. | ||
[User Name] | Displays the user name. | ||
[File Name] | Displays the file name. The file name of a secure job is indicated by asterisks *. | ||
[Result] | Displays the job execution result. [Quick Security Setting] is displayed as [Password Rules Setting] for a job (job set with a password that violates the rules) that was ended without being saved because an error occurred when [Enable] is set to [Result] in [Canceled] of Utility. | ||
[Pages] | Displays the number of pages in the original. The number of pages is counted by the RIPed pages. The inserted blank paper and unprinted tab paper are not counted because they are not RIPed. | ||
[Pages Printed] | Displays the number of printed pages. | ||
[Monochrome Pages Printed] | Displays the number of pages printed in black and white. | ||
[Copies Printed] | Displays the number of printed copies. | ||
[Reception Date] | Displays the date and time when the job was uploaded or created. | ||
[RIP Start] | Displays the RIP starting date and time. | ||
[RIP End] | Displays the RIP ending date and time. | ||
[Print Start] | Displays the print starting date and time of the job. | ||
[Print End] | Displays the print ending date and time of the job. | ||
[Paper Size] | Displays the paper size. If different sizes are mixed, the size of the first page of the target job is displayed. | ||
[Paper Type] | Displays the paper type. | ||
Remarks | To sort data by item, click the header of the column. Each time the header is clicked, the display is switched between ascending order and descending order. To adjust the display width of a column, double-click on the border line between items on the header item, or drag the border line while clicking it. The display width of the column is automatically adjusted according to the string of the item name or the string in the list, whichever is longer. The adjusted display width is stored for each connected printer, and it is retained even after restart. Selecting a job highlights the entire line in blue. If an unavailable job is selected, the line frame is displayed in blue. | ||
