Replace the Toner

When the toner in the Toner bottle runs out, the message [Ready to print / Please add toner] is displayed indicating that toner needs to be replaced.
At this time, printing not stops immediately as there is still some toner remaining in the toner replenishment unit. Check the color of the toner that has run out and replace the Toner bottle accordingly.

NOTICE

• When the toner in the toner replenishment unit also runs out, the machine will stop displaying the [No toner / Please add toner] message.

Tips

• Toner bottle can even be replaced in the middle of printing.

When Waste toner box is full of waste toner and needs to be replaced, a message such as [Ready to print Please replace waste toner box] is displayed to indicate that it is the time to replace the toner.

Replace the Waste toner box.

NOTICE

• If the Waste toner box becomes full of waste toner, the message [Waste toner box is full Please replace the box] is displayed and the machine stops.

Tips

• The [Consumable and Scrap Indicators] display on the [MACHINE] screen lights up red, and the text color of the Waste toner box changes to yellow. This indicates that a sufficient amount of waste toner has accumulated, and it is time to replace the toner.

A message advising you to replenish the staples is displayed if the staples in the finisher run out.
The message changes depending on the staple position and the type of the installed finisher. Follow the instructions in the message and replenish the staples.

Tips

• The [Consumable and Scrap Indicators] display on the [MACHINE] screen lights up red, and the text color of staple changes to yellow. It indicates that there are no staples.
