Installing Printer Drivers

Overview

Manually install PS Plug-in Driver to Macintosh.

Procedure

Insert the Driver CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive of the computer.

If applications are running, close all of them.

Copy the printer driver from the [Driver] folder in the CD-ROM to the desktop.

Select a folder based on the OS you are using.

If the CD-ROM icon is not displayed on the desktop, check if the mount settings are enabled with [Preferences] in Finder.

Double-click the printer driver.

This launches the installer.

Press [Cancel] to exit the installer.

Click [Install] on the [Installation Type] screen.

Install the printer driver to the computer. The following message is displayed when the installation is complete.

When you are asked for a name and password, enter the administrator name and password of the PC you are using.

Click [Close].
