Replenishment of Humidifier Tank Water

If the water in the Humidifier HM-103 (option) humidifier tank mounted on Relay Unit RU-518m runs out, you cannot adjust curls via humidification. In this case, the following message is displayed in the on-screen information display area.

[Humidifier relay unit is out of water Please supply the tank with water]

The humidifier tank display in the [Consumable and Scrap Indicators] display lights up red and the text color changes to yellow.

NOTICE

• Do not add dirty water, well water, or water that has passed through a water purifier to the humidifier.
  Doing so can result in bacteria propagating within the tank. Only use sterilized tap water, mineral water or alkaline ionized water.

Press [Humidifier Tank] in [Consumable and Scrap Indicators].
