Checking Remaining Toner Levels

Overview

Even if there is no more toner remaining in the Toner bottle, since still there will be some toner remaining in the toner replenishment unit, printing will not stop immediately.

If Toner bottle falls below 25%, the following message is displayed in the on-screen information display area.

[Ready to print / Please add toner]

The toner bottle indicator in the [Consumable and Scrap Indicators] display area on the [MACHINE] screen lights up red, and the text color changes to yellow.

Toner bottle can even be replaced in the middle of the printing.

The following messages is displayed in the on-screen information display area if the toner in the toner replenishment unit has run out.

[No toner / Please add toner]
