Configure settings related to the hot folder of the machine.

Setting items		[Hot Folder Function]	[Enable]	Enables the hot folder function.
			[Disable]	Disables the hot folder function.
		[ON (MFP)]	[Synchronize]	Synchronizes the hot folder function with the authentication of this system.
			[Do Not Synchronize]	Does not synchronize the hot folder function with the authentication of this system.
		[Print Order]	[File Copy Completion Order]	Prints files in the order in which a copy to a hot folder was completed.
			[File Copy Start Order]	Prints files in the order in which a copy to a hot folder was started.
		[Delete All Printed Files]		Deletes all the files printed using a hot folder.
		[Folder Encryption]	[Enable]	Encrypts a hot folder.
			[Disable]	Does not encrypt a hot folder.
		[OK]		Applies the setting.
		[Cancel]		Cancels the setting.

Select [Enable] or [Disable] from the menu list of [Hot Folder Function].

Select [File Copy Start Order] or [File Copy Completion Order] from the menu list of [Print Order].

To delete all the printed files, click [Delete All Printed Files].

Select [Enable] or [Disable] from the menu list of [Folder Encryption].

Click [OK].

Click [OK] on the setting completion screen.
