[Hold Job]
Overview
Display a list of hold jobs on this system.
This function allows you to check hold jobs or store the selected job in the HDD.

[Last Update] | Displays the date and time when the file was last updated. | ||
[HDD Store] | Stores the selected file on the HDD. Enter [Folder Name] ,[Folder Password], and [User Box Name] on the screen that is displayed. | ||
[Print] | Prints the selected file. | ||
[Delete] | Deletes the selected file. To delete the job, click [OK] on the screen displayed by clicking this button. | ||

Procedure (Storing the File in the HDD)

Select the check box of the file to store in the HDD.

Click [HDD Store].
The setting screen of the storage destination is displayed.

Enter [Folder Name], [Folder Password], or [User Box Name].
Enter the existing folder name or User Box name in Destination.
If [Folder Name] or [User Box Name] is blank, the file is stored in the first layer (root directory) of the HDD.

Click [OK].
Procedure (Printing a File)

Select the check box of the file to print.

Click [Print].
The print setting screen is displayed.

Select the output method from the menu list in [Print Mode].
[Normal]: Prints the number of copies that is set to the job.
[Proof]: Prints only 1 copy to check the output.
[Proof (1st Sheet)]: Prints only the first page to check the output.
[Wait]: Sets the job to the output stop state as a reserved job.

Enter [Number of Sets].
Available range: 1 to 9999

Click [OK].
The job is processed.
