[File List]
Overview
Display a list of stored files.
This function allows you to check, print, or delete a file.

[Delete] | Deletes the selected file. Confirm the file on the screen that is displayed, and click [OK] to delete the file. | ||

Procedure
Print the selected file. This section provides a description using the file stored in the first layer (root directory) as an example. A file in a folder or User Box can also be printed in the same way.

Select the check box of the file to print.

Click [Print].
The print setting screen is displayed.

Select [Print Mode] from the menu list.
[Normal]: Prints the number of copies that is set to the job.
[Proof]: Prints only 1 copy to check the output.
[Proof (1st Sheet)]: Prints only the first page to check the output.
[Wait]: Sets the job to the output stop state as a reserved job.

Select [Output Method] from the menu list.
[Print]: Makes prints.
[Hold]: Holds a print job.
[Print/Hold]: Simultaneously performs printing and print job holding.
[Hold (Without RIP)]: Prints only the first page to check the output.

Enter [Number of Sets].
Available range: 1 to 9999

Click [OK].
The job is processed.
