This function allows you to check, print, or delete a file.

[Select] | Selects the files that have the check box selected. | ||
[File Name] | Click the file name to display the detailed information about the selected file. | ||
[Last Update] | Displays the date and time when the file was last updated. | ||
[Print] | Prints the selected file. | ||
[Delete] | Deletes the selected file. Confirm the file on the screen that is displayed, and click [OK] to delete the file. | ||

The print setting screen is displayed.
[Normal]: Prints the number of copies that is set to the job.
[Proof]: Prints only 1 copy to check the output.
[Proof (1st Sheet)]: Prints only the first page to check the output.
[Wait]: Sets the job to the output stop state as a reserved job.
[Print]: Makes prints.
[Hold]: Holds a print job.
[Print/Hold]: Simultaneously performs printing and print job holding.
[Hold (Without RIP)]: Prints only the first page to check the output.

The job is processed.
