[Account Name]

Overview

Enter the account name when accessing this system while the account track function is enabled.

NOTICE

The following settings are required to use this function.
Register an account name in [Account Track Registration].
Set [User Authentication] to [OFF] or [Authenticate], and also set [Synchronize User Authen-tication & Account Track] to [Do Not Synchronize].
Set [Account Track] to [ON].
Set [Account Track Input Method] to [Account Name & Password].

Tips

If an account name that is not valid in this system is entered for printing, or if account track is not set for printing, the target job is discarded without being authenticated in this system.
To check whether the entered authentication information is correct, click [Verify] After entering authentication information. For details, refer to [Verify].
An account without print permission cannot print a job even if it is registered in this system.
