[User Name]

Overview

Enter the user name specified in [User Registration] of this system.

NOTICE

The following settings are required to use this function.
Use [User Registration] to register a user.
Set [User Authentication] to [Authenticate].

Tips

If a user name invalid in this system is entered for printing, or if user authentication has not been set for printing, the target job is discarded without being authenticated in this system.
To check whether the entered authentication information is correct, click [Verify] After entering authentication information. For details, refer to [Verify].
A user who does not have print permission cannot print a job even if registered.
