Importing the PDF/VT-2 File Using AccurioPro Hot Folder

Import the PDF/VT-2 file on the computer using AccurioPro Hot Folder.

Tips

Before importing, make sure to configure the following setting on this system and AccurioPro Hot Folder.

• [Controller] of this system: Set [PDF/VT-2 Shared Folder] to [Enable].
• AccurioPro Hot Folder: Select the Setting page - [Imaging] - [PDF RIP] - [APPE].

Add a file to import.

For details about how to add a file, refer to [Add].

Select the printer or print setting in the [Printers/Print Settings] field, and click [Edit/Print].

The setting screen is displayed.

Select the [PDF/VT-2 External Files Search] check box in the [Workflow] tab, and enter the subfolder name.

In this example, enter the subfolder name, "CompanyA", that is created under the "pdfvt" folder.

Click [OK].
