Trouble shooting
The application does not start.
Restart your computer and try launching the app again.
Also, check if the network settings (proxy settings, etc.) are correct.
The license should have been activated, but the activation screen is displayed and the app does not start.
Procedure
- Open a web browser and enter “http://localhost:1947” in the address bar.
- If the Admin Control Center Help page is not shown, the license service may not be running. Perform the following steps.
[For Windows]
- Press the Windows key on the keyboard, and type “services” to open the Services app.
- Look for “Sentinel LDK License Manager” in the Name column on the Services window.
- Check in the Status column for “Sentinel LDK License Manager” and see if the status is blank or if Running is displayed.
- If the status is other than Running, right-click on “Sentinel LDK License Manager” and select Start.
[For Mac]
- Open the Apple menu in the top-left corner of the screen and select System Preferences.
- Open Security & Privacy.
- Check the firewall status under the Firewall tab.
- If the firewall is turned on, select Firewall Options.
- Check “Automatically allow signed software to receive incoming connections,” and then press OK.
- Reinstall the app.
When starting the application after installation, the message of "Failed to launch the application, please refer to Install Guide or troubleshooting of user's guide.".
Run the following file as Administrator, and then restart the application.
[For Windows]
- C:\Program Files\KONICA MINOLTA\AccurioProColorManager\Module\Utility\LicenseSupportScript.bat
[For Mac]
- /Applications/AccurioProColorManager/Utility/LicenseSupportScript.sh
A connection with the printer cannot be established when printing directly to the printer.
Make sure you are connected to the Internet.Alternatively, check the proxy settings.
Cannot detect a measuring instrument connected to a PC with a USB cable.
Try a manual driver installation.
Cannot be connected again after being disconnected due to a communication state when MYIRO-1 connected via wireless LAN.
Turn the instrument power off and on.
When the device scanned on the connection window, the device name does not appear on the list.
When using a MacPC with wireless LAN and a firewall is turned on, MYIRO-1 connected via wireless LAN or MYIRO-9(FD-9) connected via Ethernet may not be appeared on the list of connection windows.Check the device connection status and scan it again.
When creating a profile, an error is displayed on the status bar, and the Icc file cannot be created.
If an error is displayed, check the following according to the error code.
Profiling error2: Displayed it when you select a *.txt file in "Destination / Printer" and try to create a device link profile.Select an icc file in "Destination / Printer" when creating a device link profile.
Profiling error12: Displayed it when the file cannot be saved.Check whether the save destination specified in "Save Settings" has access right, or folder exists.
Profiling error32: Displayed it when the icc file selected in "Destination / Printer" is not appropriate, when creating a device link profile.Check that the icc file to be used is appropriate.
When activation online, the message "Connection closed" is displayed.
Check if the network settings (proxy settings, etc.) are correct.
The computer on which the application is installed is no longer available. (Failure, etc.)
You will need to apply a new license for recovery. Please contact your local sales office.
