Overview | This can be avoided by specifying black for SpotColor ALL. The method for specifying black can be set in the color settings for SpotColor. SpotColor ALL refers to a spot color specified for crop marks when those crop marks are generated using an Adobe type DTP application. |

Procedure | The example procedure below uses Fiery Color Server. 1. Open the Device Center window by going to [Server] and then [Device Center] on Command WorkStation. 2. Go to [RESOURCES], [Spot Colors], and then [+New], and create a new Spot Color dictionary. 3. Next, go to [+New] and then [Spot Color], and enter "ALL" for the color name. 4. For the CMYK values, specify and register C=0, M=0, Y=0, and K=100 as conversion colors. 5. Print. |
