[Printing Preferences]

Overview

Set the print side of PPD Driver.

You can switch the [Layout] and [Paper/Qualty] tab to configure various settings.

Setting items

Description

[Layout]

Sets a print job's [Orientation], [Page Order], and [Pages per Sheet]. For details, refer to [Layout].

[Paper/Qualty]

Sets the paper tray and paper type. For details, refer to [Paper/Qualty].

[Advanced...]

Sets the document to be printed. For details, refer to [Advanced Document Settings].

[OK]

Saves the settings, and closes the [Printing Preferences] screen.

[Cancel]

Closes the [Printing Preferences] screen without saving the setting.

[Apply]

Applies the setting to the print job. This item may not be displayed depending on the method used to start the driver.

Bookmarks

If you click or tap in the upper-right of a page, it turns into and is registered as a bookmark.

Filter by category

All of the functions in this user's guide are classified according to the category.
By selecting the check box for the desired category, you can narrow the search range.
Multiple choices are possible.

Filter by location

You can search according to the operation location or application.
Multiple choices are possible.

Filter by option

You can search according to the available functions or specifications of the installed options.
Select the check box for the desired option from the list of installed options.
Multiple choices are possible.

Filter by title

You can narrow the search range from the menu for this user's guide.
However, you cannot search using only the "Filter by title" option. When using this option, also select another search filter item.
