[Volume Track data list]
Overview
Change or delete the registered account track data.
You can also reset various operation counters for each registered track.
NOTICE
- The following settings are required to use this function.
- Set [User Authentication] of this system to [OFF].
- Set [Account Track] of this system to [ON].
NOTICE
- The authentication operation is always required to display the [Machine Manager Setting] screen. Pressing [Machine Manager Setting] displays the password entry screen. Enter "admin" in User Name, and the administrator password in Password.
- However, you are not able to set it if this system is active.
Tips
- [Number] (registration number) of account track data cannot be changed.

[Max. Allowance Set] | Displays the specified upper limit. | ||
[Scan] | Displays the scan counter. The following items are displayed. Large size: Number of scanned pages of larger size than length 271.0 mm / 10.7", width 168.0 mm / 6.61" Total: Total number of scanned pages Availability: Sets a use restriction. | ||
[Orig. Quantity]/ | [Orig. Quantity]: Displays the total number of copied, scanned, and printed original pages. | ||
[Paper Quantity]: Displays the total number of printed sheets. | |||
[All Count reset.] | Resets all the counters. | ||
[Copy/Print Count reset.] | Resets the copy and print counters. | ||
[Scan Count reset.] | Resets the scan counter. | ||
[Delete] | Deletes the selected account track data. | ||
[Apply] | Applies the specified operation. | ||
[Reset] | Resets the changed contents, and returns to unchanged data. | ||

Procedure (Changing the Registered Account Track Data)

Click [Number] of the account track data to change the registered contents.
The setting screen is displayed.

Change the registered contents.
For details about how to enter data, refer to [Volume Track data add].

Click [Registration].
The [Registered as follows] screen is displayed, and the changed data is registered in this system.
Procedure (Resetting the Counter)

Click the check box of the account track data to reset the counter for.

Select the reset method.

Click [Apply].
The confirmation screen is displayed.

Click [Apply].
This displays the [Setting was changed] screen, and resets the count of the selected data.
Procedure (Deleting the Registered Account Track Data)

Select the account track data to delete.

Click [Delete].
The confirmation screen is displayed.

Click [Apply].
The confirmation screen is displayed.
