Q. When Will I Lose Access to Web Connection?
A. If the following setting is configured, Web Connection is not available. To use it, contact this system's administrator.
- For machine
- Enhanced security mode is enabled.
- [Web Connection Setting] is set to [OFF] in [Network Setting].
- [Web Connection Setting] is set to [Disable] in [Quick Security Setting].
- The browser installed in the Touch panel is used.
- For Image Controller
- [Web Connection Setting] is set to [Disable] in [Administrator Setting] - [Controller] - [Simple Security Setting].
Even if [Quick IP Filtering] is set, you may not be able to access Web Connection.
- Setting [Quick IP Filtering] to [No Filtering] may allow you access. Check for security issues before changing settings.
