The [RECALL] screen displays HDD store jobs.

[Delete] | This is [Delete] on the right side of [New]. Deletes a folder or box. An HDD store job cannot be deleted using this key. For details, refer to [Delete]. | ||
[Multi-Sel.] | To select multiple HDD store jobs, first press this key, and select them. Press [Multi-Sel.] again to release [Multi-Sel.]. Folders or boxes cannot be selected. | ||
[All Select] | Selects all of the HDD store jobs. Press [Multi-Sel.] to release [All Select]. Folders or boxes cannot be selected. | ||
[Delete] | This is [Delete] under [All Select]. When deleting an HDD store job, select the target job, and press this key. If necessary, you can select multiple jobs and delete them. | ||
[Recall] | Recalls an HDD store job. There are 3 methods to recall a job. For details, refer to [Recall]. | ||
[FTP/SMB/WebDAV] | Sends an HDD store job to the [FTP], [SMB], or [WebDAV] destination that was set on the [SCAN] screen. For details, refer to the following. [FTP]: [SMB]: [WebDAV]: | ||

Select the location (Root Directory, folder, or box) that contains the target HDD store job. If the target folder or box is password-protected, enter the password.
To select multiple jobs, press [Multi-Sel.], and select the target jobs.
To select all of the jobs, press [All Select].
The confirmation dialog box is displayed.
The data on the USB flash drive is displayed as a list.
When the list consists of more than one page, press [Previous] or [Next] to move to the target page.
To move between the folders in the USB flash drive, select a folder, and press [Down] or [Up].
[Print]: Outputs as a normal print job.
[Hold]: Outputs as a hold job.
[Cancel]: Cancels the output.
