You can adjust the paper feed direction of punch hole position to fix the distance from the edge of punched output to the punch hole position
As an example, this section explains how to bring the punch hole position 1.5 mm closer to the edge of punched output by using the Finisher FS-532 mounted Punch Kit PK-522.
• Meaning and Purpose of Punch Horizontal Position Adjustment
When the distance from the edge of punched output to the punch hole position is too close or too far, this function allows you to move the punch hole position closer or farther by specifying the desired value.
Negative values move the punch hole position farther from the edge of paper.
Positive values move the punch hole position closer to the edge of paper.

Measure the current misalignment 'a' of the punch hole position using a ruler.
Measure the distance between the desired punch hole position (1) and the current punch hole position (2) (= Width 'a').
On the touch panel of the main body, press [Adjustment] on the [MACHINE] screen.
Press [Finisher Adjustment] on the [Adjustment Menu] screen.
Press [Staple Finisher Adjustment] on the [Finisher Adjustment] menu.
Press [Staple Finisher (Punch) Adj.] on the [Staple Finisher Adjustment] menu.
Press [Horizontal Position Adj. (FD)] on the [Staple Finisher (Punch) Adj.].
Press the paper size to adjust. Enter the adjustment value and press [Set].
Example: Move the punch hole position for [Offset for All Size] (all paper sizes) 1.5 mm closer to the edge of paper.

Press the keypad on the screen to set the value.
Use [+/-] to specify the value to be positive or negative.
The values are in 0.1 mm increments. (1 = 0.1 mm)
Pressing [Print Mode] switches the mode to print mode, which allows you to print the original.
Print the original again and check the punch hole position for misalignment.
Repeat the above steps until the desired punch hole position is obtained.
