Tandem Machine One Time Data Read: Specifying the output timing of the Partner MFP

Specify whether to output the image scanned on This MFP simultaneously to This MFP and the Partner MFP or output the image to This MFP after receiving it.

  1. Follow the procedure on User Setting to display the [User Setting Menu] screen.

  2. Press [Tandem Setting] on the [User Setting Menu] screen, then press [Tandem One Time Data Read].

  3. Select [ON] or [OFF].

    • When [ON] is selected, the Partner MFP waits until it receives all the image data transmitted from This MFP, while This MFP starts to print, scanning the data.

    • When [OFF] is selected, both machines start printing at the same time, while This MFP continues scanning the image data.

  4. Press [OK] to complete the setting.

    • To cancel the change, press [Cancel]. In either cases, the display returns to the [Tandem Setting Menu] screen.
