Printed image quality is adjusted according to the type of the original.
The density level can be shifted in each of 7 modes of [Type]. For details, refer to Original Density Shift: Adjusting the Original Density Shift Amount.

Position the original.
Press the [COPY] tab to display the [COPY] screen.
Press [Original Setting].
The [Original Setting] screen is displayed.
Select the desired mode key from [Type].
Press [OK] to return to the [COPY] screen.
To restore the default setting, press [Default Set] and to restore the previous setting, press [Cancel].
