Printing Method When Using User Authentication / Account Track
When [Authentication/Account Track] is set on this machine, you need to obtain user authentication or account track in order to print data through a computer.
The printer drivers that can gain this authentication are Windows PCL driver and Windows/Mac OS X PS Plug-in driver.
When user authentication or account track configured on this machine has not been obtained on the computer, print jobs output from the computer are discarded without being output.
Even if the user authentication or account track is obtained on the computer, printing is impossible unless printing is permitted. For details about the user authentication or account track, contact the administrator of the machine.
